Business Development

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collect and analyze clients’ information, develop new clients;

2. Effective communicate with the target clients by telephone, meeting, event of MKT model to understand clients’ needs, look for opportunities and complete the sales performance targets;

3. Maintain existing customers, increase customer satisfaction via regular visiting;

4. Update CRM system timely, work out visit plan and exploit demands deeply;

5. To complete the job, finish the other tasks assigned by leader.


Qualifications/Requirements:


1. College Degree or above;

2. Microsoft office skills, PPT knowledge preferred;

3. Good command of English;

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

5. Responsible, self-motivated, positive working attitude, team-work player.


工作职责:

1. 收集和分析客户信息,开发新客户;

2. 通过电话、会议、MKT模型活动与目标客户进行有效沟通,了解客户需求,寻找机会,完成销售业绩指标;

3.维护现有客户,通过定期拜访提高客户满意度;

4. 及时更新CRM系统,制定拜访计划,深入挖掘需求;

5. 完成工作,完成领导交办的其他工作.


任职要求:

1.大专及以上学历;

2.办公软件熟练,特别是PPT;

3. 有基本的英文读写能力;

4. 出色的人际沟通能力;

5. 有责任心,上进心强,工作态度积极,有团队合作精神.
